FAQ

Q: Do you groom cats?

A: We do! However, we do not offer bathing. We do offer nails clippings, nail cap applications, brush outs, matt removal and shave downs.

Q: Do you offer services during the winter months?

A: Yes we do! However, if the weather is hazardous we do not travel with our mobile units. Our vans are only 2-wheel drive, top heavy and not the best on bad roads. (ex. badly drifted, ice covered, high winds, far below zero temps)

Q: Do you offer vaccinations?

A: No. We do not offer any sort of veterinary services.

Q: Do you offer flea and tick treatments?

A: Yes. We have topicals available for all size dogs as well as flea & tick shampoo

Q: Do you need proof of Vaccinations?

A: Yes. If you do not have proof of rabies vaccinations, we cannot groom your pet.

Q: Do you work weekends?

A: Currently, we do not, there are occasions we do for makeup days and during the busy holiday season.

Q: Do you work evenings?

A: Currently, we don't take appointments after 5.

Q: Do you travel out to rural areas/farms?

A: Yes, as long as it is less than 10 miles round trip from the town we are working in.

Q: Do we need to be home at time of appointment?

A: No. If you can't be there at time of apt, we simply as that you leave instructions with us for how you would like your dog groomed, where to put them when done and payment. If you are a new client, we will email you our liability waiver and have you print, sign and leave a copy with payment and Vaccination records.
